At Shamrock Company, we believe anything’s possible for our people. Providing scholarships to support educational pursuits and outside career interests has truly been years in the making for us. Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Shamrock’s Scholarship Program!

During its inaugural year, Shamrock plans to dish out several $5,000 scholarships!

To kick us off, we’re leaning on the criteria and well-established application process set forth by the Taco Bell Foundation for its annual Live Más Scholarship Program. For this reason, Shamrock’s 2025 winners will be limited to Taco Bell team members and selected at random from this year’s Live Más applicant pool.

To our amazing and equally ambitious Dunkin’ family, we will NOT leave you behind! This is just Phase I of our program rollout. We’re excited to explore how we can include the Dunkin’ business in our 2026 scholarship plans.

Do you want a shot at a 2026 scholarship?! Start thinking about your passions outside the restaurant and how you can convey those efficiently, but with meaning. What does the future hold for you? How do you want to make a difference in your world?
