We’re pleased to announce and celebrate Shamrock Company’s first class of scholarship recipients! Launching our own scholarship program is years in the making — it’s been a dream of ours to fulfill the dreams of others!

“At Shamrock we deeply believe in our employees and their ability to achieve their goals,” shares President and CEO Dan McGue. “We want to do everything we can to be supportive.”

As part of our commitment to building and maintaining great places to work, Shamrock is honored to be able to provide financial support for pursuing higher education. “This scholarship program will allow us to show up in an important way, to tell our team members, ‘Your dreams & goals are important to us, chase them!,’” Dan says.

For our inaugural year, we chose to lean on the criteria and well-established application process set forth by Taco Bell Foundation’s Live Más Scholarship Program. For this reason, Shamrock’s 2025 winners were limited to Taco Bell team members and selected at random from this year’s Live Más applicant pool (and yes, that means the potential to stack their wins!).
