To honor his late father’s leadership style, Dan McGue, our President & CEO, has created the Steve McGue Leadership Award. This new, prestigious honor will be awarded to those who have exemplified persistence through challenging circumstances, a positive mindset that puts others first, and a steadfast dedication to their role. It’s Dan’s way of both honoring his father and recognizing the exceptional stewardship that happens every single day here at Shamrock.
