This December marks two years of Glen Ellyn, IL Taco Bell ownership for us, and thanks to our amazing team, we’ve turned things around for this restaurant — and earned a few accolades in the process! We’re excited to share that our Glen Ellyn location is the newest member of Taco Bell’s Founder’s Club, a prestigious level of recognition given only to restaurants that have surpassed all of their transaction goals for the year.

IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS
We owe much of this achievement to the leadership of Area Director Delida Uriostegui-Solano. Delida brought years of Shamrock expertise to reenergizing Glen Ellyn — 23, to be exact — and we couldn’t be more grateful for her incredible contributions.
“The [Glen Ellyn] community has very high expectations,” Delida shares. “We have a high standard for ourselves, and we don’t settle for less.”
Focusing on hospitality was a core focus of the team’s, according to Delida. They’ve worked hard over the past two years to increase their order accuracy and satisfaction ratings, paying close attention to any opportunities for improvement. Not only do better ratings in these areas result in happier guests, they also serve as effective marketing tools: the better the experience a guest has, the better the chance they’ll talk about it on social media — or tell their friends, Delida says.

It’s safe to say Delida has made an impressive impact, but she attributes Glen Ellyn’s transformation to the hard work of the entire team.
