We couldn’t be more excited to announce our Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager (RGM) of the Year: Maria Pineda! 

This is the first time in company history that we’re dishing out this honor, and our inaugural recipient is so well deserving. Maria started at Taco Bell as a Food Champion and has climbed the career ladder quickly, thanks to her ambitious mindset and fantastic leadership skills. Edith Leon, Maria’s Area Director, put it perfectly when she said, “[Maria]’s number one!”

Praise for Maria doesn’t end there. Rustum Sayyed, our Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) of Shamrock Taco Bell South, says that Maria has always surpassed all the goals and targets that have been set for her. Now that’s saying something!
