OPERATIONS WELCOMES THREE TO NEW REGIONAL VP ROLE

Categories:

There’s lots of excitement at Shamrock Company! We’ve bumped up our brand count to TWO (see Dunkin’ news) and now we’re working hard to pave the way with a more robust operations leadership structure.

As part of this, we’ve added three Regional Vice Presidents of Operations (RVPs) roles to assist with maintaining excellence in all of our restaurants. Our new RVPs will report to COO Rob Russ.

“The RVPs will be another layer of expertise ensuring that Shamrock Company continues to lead the way in every business we operate,” says Rob.

We’ve filled each of these positions with incredible candidates! Without further ado, let us introduce you …

MEET THE VEEPS

Delida Uriostegui-Solano is one of our very own rising stars. She started out as a cashier with us at age 15 and has literally grown up with our company. She appreciates Shamrock’s culture, leadership and welcoming environment. Delida most recently served as an Area Coach overseeing seven of our Taco Bell restaurants. Today, she assumes one of two newly created RVP positions for Shamrock Taco Bell. She now over sees 21 and growing.

“One of Delida’s strengths lies in developing and bringing out the best performance in every team she has led,” says Rob. “She has been one the top performers … and her work ethic is second to none.”

“They give you the opportunity. If you work hard and prove yourself, they’re willing to promote within.” – Delida Uriostegui-Solano, RVP

Diego Aguillon joins Shamrock Company after serving as Director of Retail Operations — Indiana for a well-known fast casual restaurant and bakery brand. He’s been in restaurant management since 2007 and exudes quiet confidence about understanding the business inside and out. Why Shamrock? “The culture is all about people,” he says. “And I feel that’s how I’m wired.” Diego takes on the RVP role for Shamrock Taco Bell South. He will relocate his family from city to city in the coming months.

Ali Youtz has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, half of which have most recently involved multi-restaurant management. She says she learned the business through employment with a number of family owned restaurants, including her parents’ bakery growing up. Ali joins Shamrock after serving as Director of Retail Operations — Pennsylvania for more than a decade for a major fast casual restaurant and bakery brand. She not only assumes a new role, but also our new brand! As RVP for Shamrock Coffee, Ali will be responsible for our new Dunkin’ Donuts business. She will soon relocate with her family from the east coast.

“Dunkin’ has always been a big part of my life,” Ali shares, recalling fondly that as a little kid, she went to Dunkin’ Donuts regularly with her family. And now, she says it’s her first cup of coffee every day!

Talk about a perfect match! We’re excited about our new team of leaders and the ways in which they will each impact operations with their knowledge, experience, and passion for people.

“I look forward to the future and working together with the other RVPs to grow the company and make it more successful than it already is,” Delida says. And Diego shared separately that he’s here because of “how bright the future looks.”

Welcome to the family, Regional VPs!
