Maddy Lee is a Shift Lead at our Wyoming, MI Dunkin’ store. While she’s only been with Shamrock Coffee since August of 2024, she has nearly three years of Dunkin’ experience on her resume! She started as a Crew Member, then became a team trainee before being promoted.

The Shift Lead opportunity was presented to Maddy by our very own Ali Youtz, Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) for Shamrock Coffee. “We all love and appreciate Ali in our store,” Maddy says. “She helps make everything run smoothly and always gives us a warm welcome.”

Being the Best

As a Shift Lead, Maddy‘s goal is to keep the store clean, stocked and ready to rock! She’s no stranger to the restaurant world, having previously worked at a local, family-owned restaurant. Her favorite part of the job is being able to help others overcome challenges they may encounter during their shifts. “I want to help make our store the best it can be, maybe even the best store in our area!” she shares.

Maddy says she stays motivated on hard days by leaning on her co-workers. “They are so helpful and always willing to help out the extra mile,” she shares. 

Juggling Act

As a full-time college student, Maddy’s proud of the work-life balance she’s able to maintain. Juggling life as a student while working for us means Maddy has a full plate, but it’s all good things! “It’s honestly created a better balance for my life,” she says. “Because it has taught me to be more productive and steady.”

She appreciates Shamrock’s culture of happiness and helpfulness in the workplace. “I keep working for this company because Shamrock has created an organized environment that makes our jobs easier,” she says.
