Shamrock Company is a friendly place to start your first job. Just ask Nevaeh Alexander, a Shift Lead for Taco Bell in Munster, Indiana, who has been with our company for three years. Nevaeh initially chose to work at Taco Bell for the proximity to her home, but quickly found friends and life lessons.

“I’ve stayed for three years because of my co-workers,” she shares.

Nevaeh started with Shamrock as a Food Champion, but swiftly climbed the career ladder to become a Shift Lead, where her primary role is to “just make sure everyone is good,” she says.

Her favorite part? “I like everything,” Nevaeh gushes.

THE FUTURE IS SWEET

Nevaeh definitely has some big plans. She’d like to attend college and is thinking about studying radiology. For now, she shares about benefitting from valuable life lessons on the job.

“I’ve learned how to work with others,” Nevaeh says. And her golden rule is, “To treat our customers how I would want to be treated.”
