As a coffee lover with a family of East Coast Dunkin’ faithfuls, becoming a Crew Member at our Dunkin’ in Grand Rapids, MI was a natural choice for Isabella Frank. She’d only been on the job for two weeks when we sat down to see how things were going. “I really like it here,” she shares. “The people are great.”

Isabella worked in two different restaurant environments before joining the team, so she’s no stranger to the customer service requirements of the role, and makes sure guests leave happy and satisfied. 

So, how do we stack up to the competition? “This is by far my favorite job,” she says without hesitation. “They had all the hours I wanted, the pay is better and the people are better.”

With plans to attend Grand Rapids Community College on the dental hygienist track, Isabella appreciates the flexible hours and competitive pay. She also isn’t ruling out restaurant management, and will continue working with us while attending school. “I definitely see myself here for awhile,” she says.
