At our first-ever Shamrock Company Rally, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible people who make our restaurants successful every day. Among those recognized was our Dunkin’ Restaurant General Manager (RGM) of the Year, Erica Neuberg — a leader whose dedication to her team and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.
Since Erica was promoted to RGM, she has taken an already strong restaurant and elevated it to new heights. Under her leadership, the Byron Center, MI Dunkin’ location has broken multiple performance records and continues to deliver exceptional results week after week.
