COO Rob Russ has been with Shamrock Company from the very beginning. His starting role was managing Founder Steve McGue’s first two restaurants; from there a friendship and close working relationship developed. So it’s no coincidence that he’s one of the first to receive our brand new Steve McGue Leadership Award!

“I really have, I think, two heroes of my life: my dad and Steve,” Rob once said. “If I was a business owner, I would want to follow in [Steve’s] footsteps. It was the people, and that’s what was so important to him.”
