Taco Bell’s Supreme Five-Star Program offers the highest level of recognition for Taco Bell restaurants, reflecting excellence in guest service, food quality, speed and teamwork. According to Elcia, achieving this status for one period is an accomplishment, but three times in a row is extraordinary!

It was a fabulous reason to throw a fiesta. Elcia and Area Director Marcial Hernandez brought the whole Team Galena Boulevard – Aurora together to celebrate with Mexican and Brazilian food.

Reflecting on the accomplishment, Elcia says, “These ratings mean pride and purpose for us. For my team, they confirm that their hard work makes a difference. For our guests, they mean confidence that every visit will bring great food and great service.”

And to develop a team, we know we need strong leadership. So how does Elcia motivate and inspire? 

“I set clear goals, provide feedback and remind them that every guest counts,” she says of her approach. “Motivation comes from knowing their work has a real impact.”
