It’s been a busy couple of months here at Shamrock Company. The hard work has all been worth it, though, because we’re excited to share that we’ve recently added a new Taco Bell and a new Dunkin’ to our family of restaurants!

SERVING TACOS IN SANDWICH

You read that right! The first of the two new additions is a Taco Bell located at 130 Duvick Road in Sandwich, IL. The restaurant opened its doors to the very eager public on October 29 and the team has been hitting the ground running ever since!

We spoke with Area Director Janeth Avalos about all the work that’s gone into opening the Sandwich location. She shares that she was responsible for hiring a new team and making sure they got the proper training — all while continuing to support each of the Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) in her area. It’s safe to say that getting a new restaurant up and running is a lot of work, but it’s clear that Janeth is taking it all in stride!

“The crew and managers showed a lot of teamwork,” she says, adding that the support she received from the other Area Directors was a huge help.

GRINDIN’ BEANS IN GRANDVILLE

The second of the two restaurants is a Dunkin’ in Grandville, MI, located at 3043 28th Street SW. The restaurant opened November 5 and is already getting a great response from the surrounding community!

Grandville marks Shamrock’s sixth location in the Grand Rapids area, and while the restaurant certainly deserves its time in the spotlight, it won’t be for long: another Shamrock restaurant is planned to open in the Grand Rapids area in about a month!New restaurants mean new job opportunities with Shamrock.
